CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Fighter FIT Training: Everlast’s signature boxing class blends traditional fight sports training with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). ALL levels are welcome! You don’t have to be a pro to train like the one.

Everlast Strength and Conditioning: An interval based class that works the entire body. You can expect dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, battle ropes, running, jumping and everything in between. Routine is the enemy! No class is EVER the same.

Box and Bells: Our trainers bring you the best of both worlds by blending our Fighter FIT Training with a specialized focus on conditioning using kettlebells.

Prime Tabata & Mobility: Class starts with 30 minutes of Tabata Intervals designed to shock your nervous systems and spike your heart rate. The final 15-20 minutes focuses on mobility to increase range of motion, aid in recovery, and prevent injuries. The goal of this class is help you move better to perform better.

Kettlebell to The Core: In this 45-minute kettlebell circuit training class, trainers will teach you how to properly execute movements while challenging your body’s strength and conditioning.
