Fighter FIT Training: Everlast’s signature boxing class blends traditional fight sports training with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). ALL levels are welcome! You don’t have to be a pro to train like the one.

Everlast Strength and Conditioning: An interval based class that works the entire body. You can expect dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, battle ropes, running, jumping and everything in between. Routine is the enemy! No class is EVER the same.

Box and Bells: Our trainers bring you the best of both worlds by blending our Fighter FIT Training with a specialized focus on conditioning using kettlebells.

Revival: A slow yoga influenced flow, encouraging a breath driven mind body connection. The goal is to hold and flow through postures that stimulate relaxation as well as strength, to teach mindful movement patterns. The class will leave you more at ease and ready for your next workout.

Tabata Mobility: The goal of this class is help you move better to perform better. The Tabata intervals are designed to shock your nervous systems and spike your heart rate, coupled with a focus on mobility to increase range of motion, aid in recovery, and prevent injuries.

Kettlebell to The Core: In this 45-minute kettlebell circuit training class, trainers will teach you how to properly execute movements while challenging your body’s strength and conditioning.
